Shipping
Orders leave us within two working days, packed in recycled card with no plastic.
UK delivery is £4.50, or free on orders over £60. Parcels usually arrive 1 to 3 working days after they leave us, including to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands.
We only ship within the UK for now.
You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Returns
If something isn’t right, send it back unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Write to us with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. In that case we pay for it and send a replacement first.
Care
- Porcelain
- The V60 dripper and Kinto mugs are dishwasher safe. The bare foot of the CLK-151 can pick up marks from the rack; a little baking soda lifts them.
- Asemi Co. cups
- Hasami-yaki cups are microwave and dishwasher safe. Wash Tanba-yaki and Iga-yaki cups by hand, and keep Tanba-yaki out of the microwave.
- Glass
- The Range Server and Sepia Cup are dishwasher safe. Slide the Chemex’s wood collar off before washing it.
- Stagg EKG Pro
- Wipe the outside clean and never put the kettle or its base in water. With hard water, descale monthly with a spoon of citric acid in hot water.
- Comandante C40
- Brush the burr clean every few weeks.
- Atmos canister
- Hand wash only.
- V60 Drip Scale
- Wipe with a damp cloth. Never submerge it.
