The 1941 hourglass brewer, in borosilicate glass with a polished wood collar and leather tie.
Chemex’s thick bonded filters hold back oils and fine sediment, so the coffee comes out bright and very clean. Six cups is about 900 ml, enough for two to four people.
Each one is inspected, polished and tied by hand before it leaves the factory.
